Refund policy

Return Period:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return an item. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Return Criteria:
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all tags or labels attached.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage) and will be credited to your original payment method. We will notify you by email once your return has been approved or rejected.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the item is being returned due to a change of mind or fit, you are responsible for return postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
