Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We offer free UK shipping on all orders. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days to UK addresses, but please allow up to 7–14 days during busy periods or for pre-orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Snoof slippers are designed with comfort and quality in mind. We work with trusted manufacturing partners internationally to bring you premium materials and craftsmanship, while all orders are fulfilled from the UK.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Not yet — Snoof is currently an online-only brand. This allows us to keep prices fair while delivering luxury slippers straight to your doorstep.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
A: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll put it right — with a replacement or full refund — and cover the return shipping costs.
