Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-faulty items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is faulty, we will cover return shipping.
